Join our FX OpsCenter as a System Operator to provide technical support (cloud or infrastructure) to our clients. We are looking for a passionate who is excited about infrastructure and DevOps. In this role, you will:
- Support PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, CaaS, and FaaS Cloud environments;
- Provide technical support to users for Cloud components such as AWS, Azure, Google and ServiceNow;
- Provide support for telephony systems, multifunction devices or other operating systems (Device, SCCM, MDM, Intune, etc.);
- Follow response and escalation procedures with accuracy and speed;
- Manage client requests in a ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met;
- Participate and conduct operational reviews with various clients;
- Participate in internal projects to improve the quality of the Service Center.
Desired experience:
- SysOps or DevOps experience (infrastructure and development).
- 1-2 years of experience with PowerShell.
- Understanding of principles related to cloud security.
- Experience working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365; Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP); Desktop tools (SCCM, MDM, Intune, etc.); Networking (LAN, WAN, Wifi).
- Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS or Google).
- Assets: Jenkins; Git; Docker; Terraform; ServiceNow ticketing.
- Education: BAC/DEC/AEC/DEP in computer science or equivalent experience.
