THE ROLE

As a HRSD admin and dev, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the HRSD product to support our People & Culture operational needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize HRSD solutions, ensuring their stability, security, and efficiency.

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for all technical matters related to the HRSD module.
  • Administer user access, roles, and permissions within the HRSD product.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRSD configuration, integrations, and performance.
  • Work closely with People & Culture stakeholders to identify their requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Develop and implement tailored HRSD service catalogs, workflows, forms, application elements, reports, and dashboards through thoughtful design and configuration.
  • Maintain data integrity and carry out routine maintenance activities, including applying version upgrades and patches for the HRSD modules.
  • Implement HRSD changes in the production environment following best practices.
  • Deliver technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement new features and customized solutions.
  • Help ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations, conduct security audits and monitoring, implement security measures and best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and formalize technical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with the product best practices and new features to drive continuous improvement.
  • Offer assistance with user training when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience as an HRSD administrator or in a similar role, with strong proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and system administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Demonstrated diligence and comfort in handling sensitive information within environments that demand a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript.
  • Familiar with web technologies including HTML, CSS, REST, and SOAP, as well as database systems like SQL and MySQL.
  • Experience with security protocols and tools.
  • Attention to detail and risk management skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
